Hulk will be "unleashed against everything nature has to offer."

It's sort of a tradition at Marvel that when a character is veering beyond their usual status quo a bit too much or for too long, a miniseries comes along that's more "traditional" to appease fans who maybe haven't bought into what's happening in the monthly series. It's not to say the book isn't good, or isn't selling well, but rather just making an attempt to give those readers something more classic to keep them happy. It's possible that's where the impetus for Hulk: Smash Everything comes from, a miniseries that seems to be focused on pure "Hulk Smash!" mayhem. It'll be coming to comic book shops on December 3, 2025.

Written by Ryan North (Fantastic Four, One World Under Doom) and drawn by Vincenzo Carratù (Dead X-Men, Psylocke), here's a rundown of what the five-issue series will be about:

The series will be a true test of the Hulk’s power as he’s unleashed against everything nature has to offer, including fellow heroes. Hulk’s breathtaking battles will escalate wildly across the series, until Hulk finds himself battering his way through the cosmos and beyond the very limits of reality!
A guaranteed smash hit! Is Hulk really the strongest there is? Sure, he’s stronger than most people…but is he really stronger than everything? Dinosaurs? Planets? Gravity? Cosmic forces? Find out here because when we say Hulk takes on all-comers in this new miniseries, we really mean it! It’s non-stop action in the classic mighty Marvel manner!

FF and One World Under Doom haven't exactly lit the world on fire, but North is capable of being entertaining here and there—but does he have what it takes to deliver an entertaining Hulk story? North says that the "series is an evergreen (no pun intended) story that features an ever-increasing series of things being smashed by Hulk across all five issues. It goes to some wild places that I promise you are not expecting." If you're interested, or if you're wanting a more traditional (at least, that's what they're making it sound like) Hulk book, consider giving Hulk: Smash Everything a pre-order at your local comic shop.
