Dragon Quest Monsters: The Withered World Announced

"Coming soon" to all platforms.

Dragon Quest's 40th anniversary is upon as and, as the video game industry is wont to do, there are a number of game announcements that have come as a result of the big milestone. In the case of Dragon Quest, there's Dragon Quest XII's rebranding as Beyond Dreams, Dragon Quest XI hitting Nintendo Switch 2, and this: Dragon Quest Monsters: Withered World. Take a gander:

This latest installment in the Dragon Quest Monsters series will feature dual protagonists named Bianca and Nera, both of whom might be familiar to longtime fans as they were the stars of Dragon Quest V: Hand of the Heavenly Bride. Beyond that, however, there isn't much else to report on. We can say that the game will be coming to Nintendo Switch 2, Nintendo Switch, PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X|S, Steam, and Windows. Dragon Quest Monsters: The Withered World is described as "coming soon," and when that date materializes we'll be sure to share it with all of you.
