State of Play: Check Out the Knights of Doom in Marvel Tokon

More fighters are joining the roster!

Marvel Tōkon: Fighting Souls comes to PlayStation 5 and PC on August 6, 2026. So far, the hype for Arc System Works' upcoming 4v4 fighter has been very enthusiastic, with fans appreciating the character designs and combat that have been shown off. During yesterday's State of Play showcase, Sony debuted some new fighters, which you can see right here:

The new combatants revealed yesterday are:

• Magneto

• Green Goblin

• Carnage

Arc System Works has been rolling out teams of fighters in sets of four. Here are the ones we know so far:

• Fighting Avengers: Captain America, Iron Man, Hulk, and Black Panther

• Unbreakable X-Men: Storm, Wolverine, Magik, and Danger

• Amazing Guardians: Spider-Man, Ms. Marvel, Peni Parker, and Star-Lord

• Knight of Doom: Dr. Doom, Magneto, Green Goblin, and Carnage

For those interested in more Marvel Tōkon besides the game, Marvel will be publishing a one-shot anthology called Marvel Tōkon: First Strike featuring stories based on the Tokon version of these characters.
