The Pokémon family has lost a legend. Voice actor Rachael Lillis has passed away at the age of 46. She was best known by fans for her work on the Pokémon anime. The news was shared via her colleague and friend (and the former voice of Ash Ketchum) Veronica Taylor's X account:
Lillis provided the voices of Misty and Jessie on the Pokémon anime. She also did voice work on series like Sonic X and Hunter x Hunter. Lillis was diagnosed with breast cancer earlier this year, sadly succumbing to the disease. Our thoughts and prayers are with Lillis' friends and family during this time.
